• Delivery- Southern Sod has delivery trucks with mounted forklifts to unload sod if a forklift is unavailable at no charge.  Our Drivers can place out pallets strategically for you to limit the extra work involved and save valuable time.  When placing order make sure to let us know about any obstacles such as septic tanks, irrigation lines, etc. that may be present.  Most orders can be delivered the same day if not next day as we know everyone has deadlines and timing is everything.

• Pick Up- Pick up is available Monday through Saturday at our Hwy 27 location by the piece or pallet.  Each individual piece of grass is cut at 16x24 inches.  All pallets are 500 square feet with the exception of bahia (400 Square feet).  We have forklifts on site to conveniently load grass on your truck or trailer.  All sod at our shop is stored for no longer then 48 hours and is kept in a bay with fan units to keep the grass from drying out until picked up.

• Installation- We offer complete yard replacement ranging from residential homes to large commercial projects.  Southern Sod has experienced personnel that will assist you in determining what type of grass is needed for your specific location and offer free estimates on any project.  All crews are supervised and trained in the sod field before ever going on a job site.  We take pride in our installation crews and the vast majority of our business is doing installations throughout the Central Florida area.
